Terms of Service

Last updated 12 August 2026

These terms cover your use of Nashrkhana (“نشرخانة”, “we”, “the service”) — the mobile app, this website, and the API. Using the service means you accept them. They are written to be read, so they are shorter and plainer than most.

1. Your account

You need an account to use the service. Keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support{{ $host }} if you think someone else has access to it.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 13. If you are using Nashrkhana for an organisation, you are confirming you may accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Connected social accounts

Nashrkhana publishes to social platforms on your behalf using access granted through each platform's own login. We never ask for, and never want, the password to a social account.

You are responsible for having the right to post to every account you connect. When you post through us, the rules of that platform apply to the post exactly as if you had posted it there directly — and their terms, rate limits, and review decisions are theirs, not ours.

You can disconnect an account at any time, from inside the app or from the platform's own settings.

3. What the service can and cannot promise

We publish through official platform APIs. What those APIs allow changes without our involvement, and some things they do not allow at all — for example, Instagram provides no way to delete a published post through its API, and several platforms do not allow editing one after it is live. Where a limit like that exists, the app tells you before you act rather than reporting a success that did not happen.

A platform may reject, delay, or remove a post for its own reasons, or may suspend API access entirely. We will show you what happened and why when the platform tells us, but we cannot guarantee delivery, reach, or that any particular platform remains available.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Nashrkhana to:

We may suspend an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

5. Your content

Everything you upload or write stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, transform it (resizing an image for a platform's required dimensions, for instance), and transmit it to the destinations you choose. Nothing more. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to advertise to anyone else.

6. Paid plans

Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, and renew until you cancel. Prices shown exclude any tax that applies where you are; that is added at checkout if it applies.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from inside the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that. We do not pro-rate a partial month.

Changing plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next period. If a downgrade puts you over a limit, we do not delete anything that is already there — creating more is what stops.

Refunds. If the service did not do what this page says it does, write to us and we will make it right. Beyond that we do not refund time already served.

Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

7. AI features

Some features generate or rewrite text, images, audio, or video. Output from a generative model can be wrong, biased, or unintentionally similar to existing work. You are responsible for reviewing anything generated before you publish it. AI features consume the monthly credit included with your plan; unused credit does not carry over.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service running and to publish scheduled posts on time, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee on any plan. Maintenance, platform outages, and network failures happen. Scheduled posts that fail for a transient reason are retried; ones that fail for a reason the platform calls permanent are reported to you instead of retried forever.

9. Ending things

You can delete your account at any time. When you do, we delete your data as described in the privacy policy, and we revoke the access tokens we hold for your connected accounts.

We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of section 4, for non-payment, or where we are required to by law. Except where the law or an ongoing abuse investigation prevents it, we will give you notice and a way to export your data first.

10. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, lost audience, lost business — and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For a material change we will give notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current one.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: support{{ $host }}, or through the contact page.
